Who I am

This website, myecommva.com, belongs to Ferlyn Ann Bautista, an independent ecommerce customer support specialist based in Manila, Philippines. In this policy, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to her.

What information I collect

Emails you send me. If you contact me by email, I receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
Basic technical data. Like most websites, the hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

This site has no contact forms, no user accounts and no online payments.

How I use it

I use your information only to reply to you, discuss working together and, if we work together, to deliver my services. I do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for marketing.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. Technical cookies may be set by the hosting and caching systems that keep the site fast and secure.

Third-party services

The site is hosted by Hostinger and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Links to Upwork and other websites follow those websites’ own privacy policies.

How long I keep it

I keep emails only as long as needed to respond to you or for an active working relationship, and then delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask me what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it or ask me to delete it. I respect your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and, where they apply, the GDPR and US state privacy laws.
